At Scented Samples, we want you to find your perfect fragrance match. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened full-sized bottles and select discovery sets.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused item in its original packaging and ensure it is safely wrapped in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our fragrance experts inspect the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
